One Day In July Awards

July 2022

We are excited to be named to Citywire RIA's List of the Fastest Growing Advisors in 2022.

Referring to One Day In July, Citywire writes:
"This RIA owes its intriguing branding to the 2015 epiphany that inspired founder Dan Cunningham to open the firm. Its website explains that after learning about the volume of market gains investors miss out on due to a combination of poor decisions and high fees, ‘Dan had had enough. It was July 22, 2015, and on that one day in July, he decided this was going to change.’"

"The commitment to low fees can be seen not only in the RIA’s embrace of index funds, but in the fact that its AUM fees top out at 0.5%. In a December press release celebrating the firm’s crossing of $500m in AUM, Cunningham put it bluntly: ‘if you are paying 1% or more in fees, and many people are, we believe you are paying too much.’"

This designation was published in the "50 Growers Across America 2022" Report published by Citywire. Citywire relies on public information to compile its list of fast growing advisory firms. ODIJ did not pay an application fee to be considered for inclusion in this list. ODIJ is not affiliated with Citywire.

The annual Family Wealth Report Awards program recognizes the most innovative and exceptional firms, teams and, individuals serving the family office, family wealth management, and trusted advisor communities in North America during the previous calendar year.

We are delighted to have been selected by the judges as a finalist in the Multi-Family Office (New Entrant) category for these prestigious awards. It is a great honor to be recognized in the shortlist of finalists and this is a testament to the hard work that the team puts in every day to ensure our clients are getting best-in-class products and service.

The 2021 Family Wealth Report awards recognize achievements from the prior calendar year. One Day In July was notified of its status as finalist in the Multi-Family Office New Entrant category on December 9, 2020. The Family Wealth Report Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 30 judges drawn from family offices, private banks, trusted advisers, consultants, and other service providers. The judging panel relies on independence, integrity, and genuine insight, and seeks to avoid conflicts of interest. The Family Wealth Report Awards finalist ranking is based on information provided by ODIJ to the judging panel. ODIJ did not pay an application fee to participate; however, ODIJ did pay a fee to Family Wealth Report for permission to use the Awards logo above.
