The evolution of the ETF market is enabling advisors such as One Day In July to drive fees dramatically lower while still providing full service, customized, investment advisory to our clients.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, I attended The College of Wooster and began a long career in institutional capital management in the Midwest. In 2009 I made the move to Vermont to join Dwight Asset Management as Chief Investment Officer.
I left Dwight after it was purchased by Goldman Sachs and began developing Vermont Works, a private equity firm focussed on mentoring and investing in Vermont companies. I am now excited to work with Dan and the team at One Day In July to continue to help Vermonters succeed, and people everywhere to keep more of their own hard earned money.
Any well thought out investment plan should include detailed consideration of the cost to execute the plan. To this point, we believe investment management costs have been too high historically, negatively impacting investors' returns. The evolution of the ETF market is enabling advisors such as One Day In July to drive fees dramatically lower while still providing full service, customized, investment advisory to our clients.
I sit on the board of the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum.
