Low Fees

Our fees are low and clear. No one pays us other than the client.

Investment accounts are held at Charles Schwab, and clients are able to view their accounts online through the Charles Schwab portal. We will work with Schwab to ensure your account transfers from other financial firms are as seamless as possible. Assets can often be transferred over to your Schwab account in kind.

Asset tiers include all accounts held in a household combined. The minimum yearly fee is $550 per household, not per account (this is an overall minimum, not "in addition to" the percentage fee). Certain 401k, 403b or 529 plan accounts are a flat rate 0.5% fee regardless of the household asset level.

When One Day In July manages a 401k or 403b plan, the fees above apply to the entire plan's balance, not to each employee. Non One Day In July fees within employee retirement plans are charged by, and paid only to, the custodian such as Schwab.
